Electro Optics Five Year Limited Warranty
Subject to the conditions herein after stated, Excalibur Electro Optics warrants to Purchaser that, at the time of delivery by Excalibur Electro Optics to the carrier, this night vision device was free from defects in material and workmanship.
Excalibur Electro Optics’ sole obligation under this warranty is expressly limited to its option of either repairing or replacing units returned to Excalibur Electro Optics in accordance with the terms of this warranty at Excalibur’s discretion. No unit will be accepted for repair or replacement under this warranty unless Purchaser has (1) given Excalibur Electro Optics written notification of defect within the applicable warranty period and, (2) returned the unit to Excalibur Electro Optics (with all shipping charges prepaid) within the applicable warranty period. If the above conditions are fulfilled, Excalibur Electro Optics will inspect and/or test the unit in accordance with the applicable specifications. If the inspection and/or test reveal defects covered by this warranty, Excalibur Electro Optics will repair or replace the unit with a unit of equal or greater value. If Excalibur Electro Optics determines that the unit is not defective or not covered by this warranty, Purchaser will be notified and Purchaser will pay Excalibur Electro Optics a handling charge for testing and evaluation as determined by Excalibur Electro Optics. In no event will the handling charge be less than one hundred fifty dollars ($150).
The warranty period shall be five (5) years from the date shown on this card.
This warranty does not extend to any unit which has: (1) been subject to misuse (i.e. heat exposure, bright lights, lasers, flashbangs, etc..), neglect, or accident; (2) been used in violation of cautions and warnings as stated in the user’s manual; (3) been used in violation of instructions provided by Excalibur Electro Optics whether or not said instructions are prepared by Excalibur Electro Optics or its subcontractors; (4) its serial number, or any part thereof altered, defaced or removed; (5) been tampered with, altered or repaired by anyone or company other than Excalibur Electro Optics.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER STATUTORY, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). IN NO EVENT SHALL EXCALIBUR ELECTRO OPTICS BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING: ALL GENERAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; ALL LOSS, DAMAGE, OR EXPENSE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, MISUSE, LOSS OF USE (WHETHER SEPARATELY OR IN COMBINATION WITH ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT) OR PERFORMANCE OF THE UNIT; AND DAMAGES FROM ANY OTHER CAUSE EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED FOR IN THIS WARRANTY

TYPE OF WARRANTY DOES Aimpoint® PROVIDE FOR ITS PRODUCTS?
Aimpoint guarantees this product to be free
from original manufacturer defects in material and/or workmanship under normal
use for a period of 2 years for professional or competition use and 10 years for
personal use from the date of purchase.
The warranty is valid provided that the sight has not been misused, disassembled
or tampered with in any way. Any attempt to disassemble or repair the product
will void the warranty.
This warranty agreement is limited to the original owner and is not
transferable.
Any warranty claim must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt showing
date of purchase.

EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY AND REMEDY: Seller warrants that each newly-manufactured article sold hereunder, and such portion of a repaired/refurbished article as has been repaired, refurbished or replaced by Seller, shall be free from defects in material or workmanship at time of shipment and for ninety (90) calendar days from the date of shipment shall perform in accordance with the specifications, if any incorporated herein. This warranty shall not extend to any article which upon examination by Seller is found to have been subjected to a) mishandling, misuse, tampering, negligence or accident, or b) installation, operation or maintenance which either was not in accordance with Seller’s instructions or was otherwise improper, or c) repair or alteration by anyone other than Seller. Seller shall not be responsible for damage to any associated instruments, equipment or apparatus. Should any failure to conform to this warranty be discovered and brought to Seller’s attention within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of shipment and be substantiated by examination at Seller’s factory or by authorized field personnel, then, at its own cost, Seller shall correct such failure, at its option, by repair or replacement of the non-conforming portion of such article or by return of the purchase price. Buyer agrees that this remedy shall be its sole and exclusive remedy against Seller and that no other remedy shall be available. In no event shall Seller be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages. Buyer shall notify Seller in writing of any alleged defect or failure in detail and expressing its desire to return such article under the remedy provided herein. No returns shall be accepted without prior approval by Seller, and all articles returned to the Seller must be shipped in accordance with Seller’s shipping instruction and with transportation charges prepaid. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Repeat Zero Guarantee
Why the Repeat Zero
Guarantee? The spring loaded cammed lever pulls in a downward force when the
lever is pushed inward, which does not disturb the windage (azimuth) normally
encountered with thumbnuts, bolts, wrenches, and/or ratchet knobs, which only
secure with cross force direction and varying non-repeat tension. Because the
throw levers pull down instead of across, it means positive controlled
attachment not found on any other system. No threads to strip, no cross
threading, ratchet wear, over tightening, crushed or dented rails when using the
